Can Apollo import Highrise data?

Yes it can. All you need to do is choose the "Export all contacts" option in Highrise, and then pick "Export to CSV":

Then, just go to Apollo and click on Settings > Import, and proceed with the import!

What about my Highrise notes and users?

At the moment, the Highrise importer is limited to contacts; so, Apollo can't yet import your contacts' notes, Highrise users, and anything else stored in Highrise other than contacts. More powerful importing options will be available in the future.

Can I create the CSV file on my own, and import that?

You sure can! Use this template to create your own Highrise-compatible CSV file that will work with Apollo's Highrise importer. Note that: 1) The "kind" column needs to be "Company" or "Person" 2) The Name column for people should be the person's first and last name, whereas for companies should just be the company's name. That's it!
